  A Trusted, free, bronze, silver or gold member gets a referral and the referral upgrades to either bronze, silver or gold membership, then the refferer get a set amount of $$ set by admin
  The referrer gets that amount each month as long as the referral stays upgraded. Requires some cron jobs to be ran each month.
  Also if any member is trusted, and gets a referral and regardless of they upgrade, also gets a set amount that admin has setup.
  Also ran each month is another cron job that gives any trusted member paid member that was referrered a set amount of $$ set by admin, thus meaning members downlines that are paid earn extra $$
  You cant beat this referral system because you are only spending money if your making money
